When I found out I could eat my FAVORITE dessert – Chocolate Chip Cookies with no guilt by simply replacing toxic sugar for healthy sweeteners, I knew it was going to be my mission to recreate Chocolate Chip Cookies with none of the bad and all of the good ingredients. We now have a cookie that is both nourishing and guiltless.

Today my family and friends rave about what I’ve come up with, after experimenting on them over and over and over again.

The vote is now in. We all agreed that this recipe is by far the best Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe ever. AND it has no junk in it. None! No trans-fats, no GMO foods, Gluten Free and tastes sweet enough to put a smile on your face. At least it does for my family.

Instructions
  1. In a food processor add eggs, butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, just like sugar and stevia. Process for 20 seconds.
  2. Next add oat flour and coconut flour. Process for 30 seconds. You might need to stop and scoop down the sides with spoon to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.
  4. Drop by tablespoons on a parchment lined baking sheet. Should make 9 cookies.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
