Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter but don't over heat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add eggs, applesauce and butter. Mix well.
  4. Next add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Use an ice cream scoop to mold the biscuits and drop on a parchment lined baking sheet. Should make 6 biscuits
  6. Bake for 11 minutes.
  7. Enjoy with some grass-fed butter!!!
