  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a food processor or mixing bowl add eggs, bananas, coconut oil, baking powder, vanilla extract,cinnamon and just like sugar. Process for 30 seconds.
  3. Next add the almond meal and process for 30 seconds.
  4. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil and then pour mixture into it.
  5. Bake for 40 to 50 mintutes. Check middle with fork to see if done.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into slices and enjoy.
